Litigation Paralegal

Alexander Shunnarah Trial Attorneys is seeking a dedicated Litigation Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team. The Litigation Paralegal will play a crucial role in supporting our attorneys throughout the litigation process, ensuring efficient case management and client satisfaction.

In this role, the Litigation Paralegal will be responsible for managing case files, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and coordinating with clients, witnesses, and experts. Daily tasks include preparing pleadings, discovery responses, and trial exhibits, as well as assisting attorneys during court proceedings. The paralegal will also maintain communication with clients to provide updates and gather necessary information.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate, along with a minimum of three years of experience in litigation support. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in legal research tools and case management software are essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required to effectively interact with clients and team members.
