Litigation Paralegal

The Litigation Paralegal will assist attorneys in preparing for hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials, as well as conduct legal research and summarize medical records or other evidence. This position requires strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail to ensure that all case deadlines are met.
Candidates should have at least two years of experience in litigation support, preferably within a plaintiff law firm. A solid understanding of court procedures, rules of civil procedure, and e-filing systems is essential. Additionally, the role demands proficiency in legal research tools, exceptional communication skills, and proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A paralegal certificate or equivalent experience is highly regarded.
