Litigation Paralegal

Morgan & Morgan, a leading personal injury law firm dedicated to protecting the people, not the powerful, is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join their team in Buffalo, New York. This role involves working closely with a lead attorney to support various aspects of litigation.

Key responsibilities include preparing legal documents such as pleadings, motions, affidavits, complaints, and legal memoranda; e-filing court documents in state and federal courts; and communicating with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and other parties. The paralegal will also conduct legal research, prepare discovery documents, coordinate and summarize depositions, and assist in trial preparation by organizing exhibits and drafting pleadings.

Candidates should have at least two years of litigation experience, with a preference for those who have completed a nationally accredited paralegal program. Experience in personal injury, workers' compensation, premises liability, or other injury-related practice areas is advantageous. Strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple deadlines, and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook are essential.

The position offers a salary range of $65,000 to $85,000 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical and dental insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and paid holidays.
