As a Litigation Paralegal, you will collaborate closely with a lead attorney and legal assistant, preparing legal documents such as pleadings, motions, affidavits, complaints, and legal memoranda. Your responsibilities will include e-filing court documents in state and federal courts, communicating with clients, courts, and opposing counsel, conducting legal research, preparing discovery documents, and assisting in trial preparation by organizing exhibits and drafting pleadings.

Ideal candidates should have prior experience in personal injury or general liability, with at least two years working as a litigation paralegal or in legal services under an attorney in a law firm setting. A completion of a nationally accredited paralegal program is preferred, along with strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
