Litigation Paralegal

In this role, the Litigation Paralegal will support attorneys throughout all phases of litigation, including civil litigation, personal injury, and construction defect matters. Key responsibilities encompass assisting with case management, drafting and proofreading legal documents, organizing and reviewing large volumes of records, and preparing for depositions, hearings, and trials. The position requires proficiency in legal technology and case management tools to streamline workflows effectively.
Candidates should possess a paralegal certification and have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a litigation paralegal, preferably in civil litigation, insurance defense, or personal injury matters. A solid understanding of civil litigation, including state and federal deadlines and rules, is essential. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal document management systems is also necessary.
The compensation package includes an hourly pay range of $30-$43, depending on experience, with overtime paid at 1.5× the regular hourly rate as needed. Paralegals are eligible for an annual bonus ranging from $250-$3,000. Employees receive a monthly technology reimbursement of $60 and comprehensive benefits coverage, including plans available at zero employee cost.
