Litigation Paralegal

The Litigation Paralegal will be responsible for assisting attorneys throughout all phases of litigation. Candidates should possess a paralegal certification and have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in civil litigation, insurance defense, or personal injury matters. Tyson & Mendes offers a competitive compensation package, including an hourly pay range of $34-$41, overtime pay at 1.5 times the regular hourly rate, and eligibility for an annual bonus ranging from $250 to $3,000.
