The Litigation Support Specialist (Relativity) at CACI is a client-facing role within the Information Technology department, focusing on enhancing technical eDiscovery capabilities. This position involves providing Discovery best practices consulting services, leveraging tools such as Relativity, Legal Files, Nexidia, and Language Weaver. The specialist will work closely with client managers, attorneys, paralegals, investigators, IT personnel, and support staff to manage large volumes of data effectively.

Key responsibilities include offering end-user support and consultation on data productions, creating and managing databases and workspaces, and coordinating data imports and exports. The specialist will also provide troubleshooting support and training on various litigation support applications, recommend optimal formats for litigation tasks, and oversee all aspects of user and system documentation, training, communications, budgeting, and staffing.

The ideal candidate must have at least seven years of experience providing direct support to end users of computer applications, with at least three years in a supervisory role. Proficiency in Relativity and a deep understanding of eDiscovery protocols are essential. Excellent attention to detail, the ability to meet deadlines, and a professional attitude for working on-site with government clients are also required. An undergraduate degree is preferred.
