Mailout Package Specialist

Morgan & Morgan, a leading personal injury law firm, is seeking a Mailout Package Specialist to join their team in Longwood, Florida. This entry-level, on-site position offers an hourly wage of $17.50 and provides an opportunity to contribute to the firm's mission of protecting the people, not the powerful.

The Mailout Package Specialist will be responsible for managing electronic mailout pools, reviewing intakes for completeness before dispatching documents, processing incoming mail from the Social Security Administration and Office of Hearings Operations, and filing representation documents for Case Developers and Legal Assistants. Additional duties include making follow-up calls regarding retainer packages, handling incoming client calls related to these packages, managing emails directed to the SS-Mailout inbox, and processing incoming faxes.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or GED and be available to work Monday through Friday with open availability. The role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, and a positive attitude with minimal supervision. Excellent writing and communication skills, along with attention to detail, are essential. Being a team player and adhering to established procedures are also key qualifications.
