Manager, Campaign Management
The Manager, Campaign Management at WPP Media is responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of local and regional digital content campaigns. This role requires a strategic, detail-oriented, and proactive leader who ensures campaigns are seamlessly implemented, optimized, and aligned with client objectives and KPIs. As a manager-level role, you will oversee multiple campaigns and projects, guide junior team members, and act as a key point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders to drive the success of our digital content and influencer initiatives.
Key responsibilities include leading the planning, execution, and optimization of digital content campaigns to ensure delivery against KPIs and client objectives. You will translate client briefs and business goals into clear campaign plans, timelines, and execution frameworks, continuously identifying opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness, efficiency, and scalability. Additionally, you will act as a key point of contact for clients, providing clear communication, updates, and recommendations, while collaborating closely with brand teams, agency planners, content creators, digital publishers, influencers, and media vendors to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, content marketing, social media, influencer marketing, or campaign management, preferably within an agency environment. Proven experience managing complex campaigns, multiple stakeholders, and cross-functional teams is essential. A strong understanding of digital and social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube, is required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in client-facing discussions and presentations, are also necessary. Additionally, strong attention to detail, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment are important. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with campaign management, reporting, and analytics tools are expected. A high level of ownership, ability to work independently, and accountability for campaign outcomes are also key attributes.
