Manager, Commerce Retail Media
The Manager, Commerce Retail Media at WPP Media will support the execution and coordination of retail media and digital commerce strategies across Unilever’s Foods portfolio. This role ensures seamless delivery across various retailers and aligns with broader strategic priorities in media and content. The position is highly execution-focused, emphasizing workflow management, performance tracking, and consistency across campaigns and digital shelf initiatives.
Key responsibilities include implementing retail media and digital commerce strategies across platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, Target, Kroger, and pureplay retailers. The manager will assist in building campaign structures, developing keyword frameworks, and creating content optimization plans. Additionally, the role involves tracking timelines, deliverables, and dependencies across multiple teams, maintaining project documentation, and ensuring smooth handoffs between strategy, activation, content, and analytics teams.
Candidates should possess 4–6 years of experience in retail media, digital commerce, or e-commerce. Familiarity with retail media platforms like Amazon Ads and Walmart Connect is essential, along with a basic understanding of digital commerce content and product detail page (PDP) optimization. Strong organizational and project management skills, coupled with an analytical mindset and attention to detail, are crucial for success in this role.
