The Manager, Revenue Contracts at EPRI is responsible for overseeing the administration of revenue contracts, ensuring alignment with the organization's business policies. This role involves managing a team dedicated to contract negotiations for both domestic non-government and international customers, supporting EPRI's mission in the global energy industry.

Key responsibilities include developing and managing the contracts team, establishing procedures and strategic objectives, and monitoring workload balance to ensure timely responses. The manager negotiates master agreements, designs and audits contract administration processes, ensures compliance with EPRI policies, and oversees the contract lifecycle management workflow. Additionally, this role leads the management of customer portals and identifies opportunities for process improvement in contract operations.

Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or legal field, with at least 10 years of experience in negotiating complex contractual transactions. Experience in managing and mentoring teams, proficiency in ERP and contract lifecycle management software, and familiarity with online contracting and electronic signatures are essential. A graduate degree such as a JD or MBA, experience in U.S. and international business, and knowledge of the energy industry are preferred.

The position offers a salary range of $125,000 to $145,000 annually, with eligibility for EPRI's annual incentive program.
