The Manager, Corporate Development and Finance at Sony Interactive Entertainment (SIE) plays a pivotal role in shaping PlayStation's long-term strategy within the dynamic global gaming and entertainment industry. Key responsibilities include developing data-driven perspectives on mid-to-long-term trends in interactive entertainment, media, and technology. The role involves building financial, operating, and scenario models to support strategic decision-making, conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses using internal data and external research, and structuring complex problems with clear analytical frameworks. Additionally, the manager will create executive-level presentations that articulate strategic implications and collaborate with senior leaders to translate strategic hypotheses into clear options and recommendations.

The ideal candidate will have over six years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, corporate development, investment banking, or related strategic roles. Strong strategic thinking skills, advanced proficiency in Excel financial modeling and PowerPoint storytelling, and experience developing executive-level materials are essential. A data-savvy mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously are also required. An MBA is mandatory for this position.

SIE offers a competitive compensation package, with an estimated base pay range of $172,200 to $258,200 annually.
