Manager, Data Science - Agentic AI

Candidates should have at least 3 years of people management experience and over 7 years of experience in AI and machine learning. Essential skills include a deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, experience with large language models and transformer-based architectures, proficiency in Python or similar programming languages, and strong problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders are also required.
The position offers a U.S. national base pay range of $115,400 to $192,300, with geographic differentials applicable in some locations to reflect local market rates. This role is also eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
