Manager, Global Communications (8-month contract)

We’re seeking an PR professional to support Global Communications with a focus on internal communications and NORAM PR. This role requires strong collaboration and the ability to operate at all levels of the organization. You will work closely with our People & Culture, Brand Marketing, Growth, Product and Commercial teams to help drive employee engagement and strategic PR coverage.

This role will report to the Director, NORAM Communications.

This is a 6-month fixed term contract, starting in May 2026, with potential to convert to full time. Additionally, this role will be required to work from our Norwalk office 3 days per week.

In this role, you will:

- Manage internal and external communications for our communications team

- Develop clear messaging and prepare data-driven materials across multiple channels

- Support thought leadership across internal and external channels, including LinkedIn

- Collaborate with multiple internal departments throughout KAYAK including the IT, Legal, Marketing, Product and Commercial teams

- Prepare leaders for media interviews, speaking opportunities and company-wide meetings

- Manage a freelancer focused on public relations tasks
