Manager, Legal and Compliance

Arcesium LLC, a global financial technology firm, is seeking a Manager, Legal and Compliance to join their Hyderabad, India office. This role involves providing strategic legal counsel across various domains, including commercial contracts, corporate governance, employment and labor law, regulatory compliance, investigations, and cross-border matters. The position requires drafting and negotiating a wide range of agreements, developing contracting templates, and advising leadership on legal matters under Indian law. The Manager will also manage external counsel and collaborate with Human Capital, Finance, and other global teams.
