Manager, Mapping Programs

Aurora Innovation is seeking a Manager, Mapping Programs to lead a team of Program Managers responsible for driving operational rigor across map delivery programs. This role will establish structured Program Management practices that ensure milestones are clearly defined, progress is consistently communicated, and risks are proactively managed. The ideal candidate excels at organizing a broad range of technical information, building scalable tracking mechanisms, and communicating clearly with stakeholders across various levels and departments. You will coach and develop early-career Program Managers while ensuring programs operate with strong discipline, transparency, and alignment across the organization.
