Manager of Attorney Talent - Americas

The Manager of Attorney Talent for the Corporate & Finance (C&F) Practice Group at Hogan Lovells serves as the primary contact for People initiatives within the Americas region. This role involves close collaboration with the global HR Business Partner for C&F, the Americas C&F Leadership team, and the Americas Attorney Talent team to implement and manage various programs that support attorney success. These programs encompass staffing initiatives, retention strategies, feedback and review systems, mentoring, counseling, transitions, and the onboarding and offboarding processes for attorneys. The Manager also works closely with the C&F Practice Operations team to ensure seamless integration of these initiatives.
