Manager, Partner Operations
The Manager, Partner Operations at Actionstep leads a global team responsible for training, certifying, supporting, and reporting on the Actionstep Certified Partner (ACP) ecosystem. This role ensures the success of partners by overseeing day-to-day operations, managing escalations, and maintaining delivery consistency across partner-led engagements. The position is integral to Actionstep's commitment to empowering law firms through innovative legal practice management software.
Key responsibilities include leading and developing a global team of Partner Operations Specialists, driving operational consistency, and supporting workload balancing. The role also involves acting as a senior escalation point for partner and customer concerns, managing delivery risks, and building strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholders to support successful delivery outcomes. Additionally, the Manager will identify operational gaps, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and support reporting and governance activities within the Services organization.
The ideal candidate possesses over five years of experience in delivery operations, services operations, implementation management, or similar customer-facing operational leadership roles. Proven experience in leading and developing partner or operational teams within SaaS, technology, or professional services environments is essential. The role requires strong communication, organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to manage escalations and coordinate operational delivery activities across multiple engagements.
Actionstep offers a competitive salary range of $140,000 to $150,000 annually, along with robust medical, dental, and vision benefits.
