Manager - Programmatic
The Manager - Programmatic role at WPP Media involves leading the training and growth of the local programmatic team, enforcing best practices in platforms like DV360 and TrueView, and ensuring high-quality output for regional teams across Europe, the U.S., and Asia. The position is based in Chennai and Coimbatore, India, within WPP Media's Global Operations Centre (GOC), which collaborates with teams worldwide to deliver impactful solutions in a multicultural environment.
Key responsibilities include developing strong relationships with counterparts in regional teams, serving as a point of escalation for the local team, providing career development and coaching, and supporting capacity planning and resource management. The role also involves presenting effective communication across all levels and taking ownership of resolving challenges within the team.
Candidates should have over three years of professional experience in digital media, preferably within a media agency or trading desk. Proficiency in Google Marketing Platform (DV360, CM, GA360) and other top AdTech and MarTech platforms is essential. Experience in client decks, programmatic strategy, new pitches, and hands-on knowledge of programmatic platforms are also required. A clear thought process and strategy to build on existing businesses, along with competence in Microsoft Office software, are important qualifications.
