Manager - Programmatic
The Manager - Programmatic at WPP Media is responsible for overseeing and optimizing programmatic media campaigns to exceed client expectations, whether they are branding or ROI-driven. This role involves working closely with the programmatic account director and global hub teams to execute best-in-class programmatic strategies and develop insightful commentary through data analysis. The position focuses on managing client activity through various Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs) such as DV360, Xandr, The Trade Desk, Amazon, and Teads Ad Manager, ensuring campaigns are set up using programmatic best practices and delivering outstanding results.
Key responsibilities include the implementation, management, and daily optimization of campaign activity to achieve client objectives and KPIs. The Manager will create media plans designed to meet specified KPIs, take ownership of testing plans, and suggest innovative ideas for testing. Additionally, the role involves creating and designing programmatic strategies for the client portfolio, maintaining direct client servicing exposure through regular contact, and developing strong relationships with media owners and other service providers to select the most appropriate suppliers for campaigns.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of professional experience with digital media, preferably within a media agency or trading desk. Experience with Google Marketing Platform (DV360, CM, GA360) and top AdTech and MarTech platforms is essential. The candidate should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a clear strategy to build on existing businesses. Competence in Microsoft Office software is also required.
