Manager - Search
The Manager - Search role at WPP Media involves leading search marketing initiatives within the Global Operations Centre (GOC), collaborating with teams across the United States, Europe, and Asia. WPP Media is WPP's AI-driven media operating unit, integrating media, data, and partnerships to deliver creative personalization at scale. The company leverages its pioneering agentic marketing platform, WPP Open, to help clients navigate change and achieve transformational growth.
Key responsibilities include supporting the launch and setup of campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, GDN, Bing Ads, and Amazon Search, ensuring adherence to established processes. The role also involves monitoring and reporting on campaign performance, maintaining data accuracy in reporting tools, and producing daily campaign reports with insights for regional search teams. Additionally, the Manager will oversee a team of 2 to 5 direct reports and support the quality assurance of junior team members' work as the team expands.
Candidates should have 4 to 6 years of experience in planning and managing Google Ads and search campaigns. Proficiency in English is required, along with experience using bid management platforms such as SA360, Marin, or Kenshoo. Familiarity with Facebook Business Manager and DV360 is considered a bonus. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, and the ability to analyze raw data to develop actionable recommendations are essential.
