Manager, SMB Account Management
As a Manager of SMB Account Management at Motive, you will lead a global team of Account Managers focused on small and medium-sized business (SMB) clients. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth by managing and expanding relationships within Motive's largest customer segment. While the position is primarily remote, occasional travel to our offices in Islamabad or Lahore may be required.
Your primary responsibilities will include setting and exceeding revenue targets through your team, defining and overseeing pipeline metrics, and ensuring consistent execution of sales strategies. You will coach your team on prospecting, qualifying, and closing upsell or cross-sell opportunities, as well as oversee disciplined pipeline planning to provide accurate forecasts and clear deal statuses to leadership.
We are seeking candidates with over four years of experience in international sales, preferably within the US market, and at least two years in a sales leadership role within a technology or product-driven company. A proven track record in B2B sales with short sales cycles in competitive markets, outstanding contractual and negotiation skills, and the ability to enforce pipeline management best practices are essential. A self-starter mindset and comfort with ambiguous projects are also important.
