Formlabs is seeking a Manufacturing Ops Leader to oversee daily operations at our Perrysburg, OH facility, focusing on resin production, fulfillment, and logistics. This role is integral to our mission of enabling innovation through accessible 3D printing technology.

The Manufacturing Ops Leader will lead a team responsible for resin production, fulfillment, and logistics activities. Key responsibilities include driving a culture of operational excellence, safety, and continuous improvement; monitoring and controlling costs to adhere to budget targets; developing long-term site strategies; and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align manufacturing plans with business objectives.

Candidates should possess a degree in engineering, operations, or a related discipline, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior production or manufacturing role. A proven track record in implementing cultural and operational change initiatives, experience with lean management practices, and strong leadership skills are essential. Familiarity with automation equipment and operational enterprise systems (MES, ERP, QMS) is also required.
