Market Manager, DACH
Headout is seeking a Market Manager for the DACH region to join our Business Team. This role involves leading commercial efforts and expansion in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, collaborating closely with the General Manager for Central, Southern, and Eastern Europe. As the primary liaison between Headout and our supply partners in these countries, the Market Manager will play a pivotal role in driving growth and strengthening partnerships.
Key responsibilities include launching new initiatives, onboarding supply partners, expanding our offerings, and managing distribution-side partnerships in the DACH region. The role also entails developing and nurturing relationships with supply partners, scaling key accounts to higher revenues and ticket sales, and collaborating with internal stakeholders such as Operations, Tech, and Marketing to ensure seamless execution of partnerships and growth in sales and bookings. Additionally, the Market Manager will analyze market trends and provide competitor analysis to optimize business development and sales strategies.
Candidates should be fully proficient in both German and English and based in Berlin or Vienna. A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in business development, sales, or key account management is required. Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills are essential, along with a global mindset and the ability to work with diverse cultural backgrounds and time zones. A collaborative attitude with a proactive and hands-on approach is necessary, as is experience working with CRM systems and a willingness to learn and use new tools.
Headout offers a competitive salary range of €40,000 to €60,000 annually, along with equity options ranging from 0.025% to 0.05%.
