Role Overview
We are seeking a Marketing & Communications Coordinator to support brand growth, demand generation, and stakeholder engagement. This role blends strategy and execution, focusing on increasing visibility, generating qualified leads, and strengthening relationships with key audiences through effective digital marketing and communications.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan and execute content across social media, email, website, and marketing materials aligned with brand voice and goals.
• Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn) with a consistent publishing cadence.
• Build and execute lead generation campaigns, including landing pages, lead magnets, and email nurture sequences.
• Develop and distribute newsletters and segmented email campaigns tailored to different audiences.
• Strengthen digital presence through SEO, website updates, and local listings management.
• Create marketing assets and communication materials to support referral partners and community engagement.
• Support executive visibility on LinkedIn and assist with press releases and media coordination.
• Monitor inbound inquiries and ensure timely responses or appropriate internal routing.
• Track campaign and channel performance, delivering monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
Performance Expectations
• Maintain consistent weekly social media activity without gaps.
• Execute monthly email campaigns (target: ≥20% open rate, ≥2% CTR).
