Marketing Creative Operations & Design Manager
The Marketing Creative Operations & Design Manager at Found will act as the bridge between strategic planning and creative execution within the marketing team. This role is pivotal in managing the creative intake process, overseeing project workflows, and providing rapid design support to ensure a consistent brand presence across all channels. Reporting to the Senior Director of Brand Marketing & Communications, the manager will collaborate closely with internal teams and external agencies to enhance creative quality and accelerate project delivery.
Key responsibilities include managing the end-to-end creative intake and prioritization process for all marketing requests, developing and maintaining trafficking workflows to coordinate deliverables across agencies and freelancers, and establishing clear briefing standards, timelines, and feedback loops to minimize revision cycles. The manager will also track project statuses, proactively identify and address potential blockers, and implement systems to improve team-wide visibility into the creative pipeline.
The role requires at least 5 years of experience in creative operations, in-house design, or a hybrid marketing/design position. Candidates should possess strong hands-on design skills with proficiency in tools such as Figma, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite. Experience in managing creative workflows across internal teams and external vendors, the ability to produce polished, on-brand assets across digital formats quickly and independently, and strong project management instincts are essential. Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to brand consistency across all touchpoints are also required.
Preferred qualifications include experience in healthcare, consumer tech, or other regulated industries, familiarity with project management tools like Notion, and experience scaling creative operations in a high-growth environment. An understanding of performance marketing principles and how creative connects to testing strategies, as well as being a self-starter comfortable with building systems from scratch and improving processes over time, are advantageous. A genuine interest in how technology can make quality healthcare more accessible is also desirable.
