You will provide strategic marketing advisory to portfolio companies, assisting them with go-to-market strategies, narrative positioning, and launch execution. Additionally, you will lead the creation of high-impact content, including research reports, investment theses, and thought leadership pieces for senior partners. Overseeing the firm's digital presence across all major channels and building a network of external agencies and freelancers to support marketing needs are also key responsibilities.
The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in marketing, with significant time spent in the crypto venture capital or Web3 startup ecosystem. A proven track record of setting brand strategy and executing complex marketing campaigns in high-stakes environments is essential. Deep understanding of the crypto investment landscape and the unique marketing challenges faced by early-stage decentralized protocols is required. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to advise C-suite founders, are also necessary. The ability to work autonomously and manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment is crucial.
