As a Marketing Manager in the Retail sector at WPP Media, you will collaborate closely with a major pharmaceutical client to develop and implement cross-media communication strategies tailored to the pharmaceutical market. Your primary responsibilities will include crafting customized, cross-media communication strategies in partnership with the client, coordinating the seamless execution of campaigns across all channels from planning to final evaluation, continuously monitoring campaign performance by analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) and providing data-driven recommendations for optimization, staying abreast of the dynamic pharmaceutical market and competitive landscape to identify trends and growth opportunities, managing and overseeing the client's budget to ensure efficient and targeted allocation of resources, and serving as the main point of contact for all media-related matters, maintaining a strong and trust-based relationship with the client to deliver exceptional service quality.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing demanding clients and translating their needs into successful media strategies, proficiency in handling numbers and complex data analyses to derive actionable optimization insights based on relevant KPIs, the ability to comprehend complex scenarios and develop innovative, cross-channel media strategies that effectively persuade clients, strong communication skills and a confident demeanor to present complex information in a clear and compelling manner, and preferably, prior experience in media consulting with a solid understanding of the pharmaceutical market's unique characteristics and regulatory environment.
