Marketing Manager
Mercuryo is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's objectives and product roadmaps. This role is pivotal in driving product adoption and user engagement within the rapidly evolving landscape of AI and decentralized finance. The Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to position Mercuryo's offerings effectively in the market.
Key responsibilities include designing and implementing end-to-end marketing strategies, executing go-to-market plans for new features and product lines, and building user segments based on data insights. The role also involves developing and maintaining a marketing calendar, leading email and lifecycle marketing initiatives, and analyzing performance across channels to inform data-driven decisions. Additionally, the Marketing Manager will track competitor positioning and market trends to refine messaging and identify new opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience in B2C marketing within the crypto, fintech, or AI-native industries. Proven expertise in expanding consumer products into new regions or languages, building and scaling lifecycle programs, and coordinating go-to-market strategies across stakeholders is essential. Strong analytical skills, proficiency with AI tools such as large language models and automation platforms, and a self-starter attitude with a hands-on execution mentality are also required.
