Marketing Specialist
Fisher Phillips, a leading labor and employment law firm with over 600 attorneys across 39 offices in the United States and Mexico, is seeking a Marketing Specialist to join their team. This role is integral to the firm's marketing and business development initiatives, supporting the firm's growth and enhancing its market presence. The position is based in Gliwice, Poland, and operates on a hybrid work model, combining remote work with in-office collaboration.
As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for actively generating sales leads through diverse marketing activities, maintaining relationships with business partners and industry organizations, and executing marketing campaigns for international clients in the media and advertising sectors. Additionally, you will organize and manage marketing events in foreign markets, coordinate operational aspects of marketing and sales initiatives, and assist in creating marketing and sales materials, including presentations, in collaboration with team leaders.
The ideal candidate should have at least three years of experience in B2B marketing, project coordination, or the media and advertising industry. Proficiency in B2B marketing and sales, strong relationship-building skills with clients and internal stakeholders, and the ability to create marketing content in English for social media platforms are essential. Excellent planning and organizational skills, basic analytical abilities, and familiarity with AI tools are also required. Experience in the media industry, B2B sales, knowledge of the IT sector, and openness to business travel are advantageous.
Compensation for this role includes a gross salary ranging from 5,000 to 7,700 PLN per month for employment contracts, or 43 to 64 PLN per hour for B2B contracts.
