About The Role
As a Marketplace CRM Analyst, you will drive seller engagement and activation by managing automated CRM journeys and designing segment-specific communication strategies. You will collaborate with business owners to identify growth opportunities and lead projects end-to-end, from research to development. By leveraging data-driven insights and marketplace best practices, you will create initiatives that strengthen seller relationships and improve key performance metrics.
