Mass Account Manager, Germany
Wolt is seeking a Mass Account Manager to join its Sales & Merchant Operations team in Stuttgart, Germany. This role is integral to Wolt's mission of enhancing local life by supporting a vast and growing portfolio of restaurant partners across the country. The Mass Account Management team plays a crucial role in ensuring the success and operational excellence of these partners.
As a Mass Account Manager, you will take full ownership of a large merchant portfolio, focusing on improving operational performance through strategic, scalable initiatives. Your responsibilities will include monitoring key performance indicators such as availability, active rate, rejection rate, and churn. You will design and lead initiatives to drive the adoption of promotions, deals, and ads, utilizing business intelligence tools and dashboards to automate engagement and identify areas for improvement. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to enhance tooling, communication, and outreach efforts.
The ideal candidate will have over three years of experience in account management, operations, or growth roles, with excellent communication skills in both German and English. A strong data and process orientation is essential, along with experience working with CRM systems and business intelligence platforms. A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field is required.
