Mass Account Manager

Wolt is seeking a Mass Account Manager to join our dynamic team in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. As a key player in our Mass Account Management team, you will be instrumental in supporting a vast and growing portfolio of restaurant partners, enhancing their operational performance, and driving the adoption of our commercial tools.

In this role, you will take full ownership of a large merchant portfolio, focusing on improving key performance indicators such as availability, active rate, rejection rate, and churn. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include designing and leading initiatives that promote the use of Promotions, Deals, and Ads, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance tooling, communication, and outreach. Additionally, you will work with business intelligence tools and dashboards to automate engagement and identify areas for improvement.

The ideal candidate will have over three years of experience in account management, operations, or growth roles, with a strong orientation towards data and process optimization. Proficiency in German and English is essential, along with experience working with CRM systems and business intelligence platforms. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field is required.
