Mechanical Engineer (Payload Module Jettison Systems)

Stoke Space is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to lead the payload fairing jettison system for their Nova launch vehicle. This role involves end-to-end ownership, including separation and clearance analysis, design and integration of pneumatics, actuators, and mechanisms, as well as conducting integrated tests and overseeing hardware operation and reuse post-flight. The position is based in Kent, Washington, and offers the opportunity to work on a critical system from analysis to flight.
