The Media Advertising Operations Manager is a pivotal leadership role responsible for overseeing and optimizing paid media activation operations for a designated local unit. This position drives operational excellence, ensures the implementation of best practices, and fosters continuous team development across Social, Search, and Programmatic platforms. The Manager supervises daily team execution, guarantees KPI attainment, and standardizes processes in close coordination with market agencies and planning teams. By providing essential technical and operational support to accounts managed from the US Hub, this role ensures consistent, high-quality campaign delivery, resolves cross-functional conflicts, and ultimately contributes to the achievement of key business objectives and overall client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include working with the Operations Director to support the client's transformation ambitions in EMEA, focusing on automation and simplification. The Manager supports the delivery of system developments and migrations, implements and governs ways of working that drive efficiency, and owns projects and workstreams in partnership with the Operations Director. Additionally, the role involves managing the day-to-day workload and completion of business tasks across the Operations team, ensuring data is captured from the agency in a timely manner. Collaborating with internal and external counterparts, such as Tech, Buying, Planning, Finance, and Media Owners, to ensure all plans are implemented efficiently and on time is also a critical aspect of the role.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the digital marketing landscape, preferably in implementation teams and/or managing teams. Technical knowledge and tools required include intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel, advanced English proficiency (C1 level or higher), and strong knowledge of multiple Paid Media platforms such as Meta, Pinterest, CM360, DV360, Reddit, Analytics, LinkedIn, and TikTok. An advanced understanding of Digital Marketing concepts, including KPIs, DSPs, strategies, concept definition, and planning, is essential. Key competencies include strong analytical and results-oriented capabilities, the ability to solve basic mathematical problems, and direct, clear, and assertive communication skills.
