Merchant Onboarding Associate

As a Merchant Onboarding Associate at Wolt, you will play a pivotal role in integrating new restaurant partners onto our platform, ensuring a seamless and efficient onboarding experience. This position is based in Pristina, Kosovo, and offers an opportunity to be part of a dynamic team dedicated to enhancing Wolt's service offerings.

Your primary responsibilities will include successfully onboarding venues onto the Wolt platform, building and maintaining relationships with merchant partners, and providing comprehensive training on our systems. You will also be tasked with identifying and resolving any obstacles during the onboarding process to ensure a swift and smooth transition for our partners.

The ideal candidate is structured, proactive, and detail-oriented, with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt communication styles to various audiences. Experience in sales, account management, or customer support is advantageous. Fluency in Swedish and English is required to effectively communicate with partners and ensure accurate information on the app.
