Merchant Operations Associate – Complex Escalations, Part-time

Wolt is seeking a Merchant Operations Associate to join our Merchant Services team, focusing on complex escalations. This part-time role is integral to ensuring our merchant partners receive top-tier support, contributing to Wolt's mission of delivering exceptional service across our platform.

In this position, you will handle intricate partner support tickets, collaborate with the Support team to resolve complex issues, manage equipment enrollment and inventory, and address technical challenges. Additionally, you'll oversee administrative tasks related to partnership contracts, lead improvements to restaurant menus and retail assortments on the platform, and support the merchant team in enhancing sales and operational performance for our partners.

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and possesses excellent interpersonal skills. Experience in sales, account management, or customer support is advantageous. Fluency in Greek and English is required.
