Merchant Operations Associate

As a Merchant Operations Associate at Wolt, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our restaurant and retail partners by ensuring their menus and assortments are accurately maintained and their equipment functions optimally. This position is integral to fostering strong relationships with our merchants and enhancing their experience on the Wolt platform.

Your primary responsibilities will include creating, updating, and maintaining menus and assortments for all active merchant partners, ensuring that both text and visuals align with the Wolt brand. You will also handle support and troubleshooting related to gear and equipment to ensure optimal operational performance. Additionally, you will guide merchants toward self-service by educating them on platform functionalities and sharing best practices within the team to continuously improve processes.

The ideal candidate is fluent in Icelandic and English, possesses strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools, and has experience with Excel or Google Sheets. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential. Experience in a similar support role is advantageous. A structured, detail-oriented, and service-oriented approach, along with a self-starter attitude and a drive to continuously improve processes, will contribute to success in this role.
