The Merchant Services Associate at Wolt plays a pivotal role in supporting and enhancing the experience of our merchant partners in Astana. This position is integral to our operations team, ensuring that our partners receive top-notch service and support as they navigate our platform. Wolt is a technology company dedicated to delivering a wide range of products to customers in over 500 cities across 30 countries, continually expanding our reach and services.

In this role, the Merchant Services Associate is responsible for building strong relationships with partners by training them on how to use our systems and keeping them updated on improvements. The associate ensures partners reach the highest service standards by conducting frequent quality and satisfaction checks. Additionally, they support partner business growth by analyzing and sharing data insights, manage and update partner menus and visuals to ensure alignment with the Wolt brand, assist the Development team with urgent cases as needed, and share best practices across the team to improve processes and support.

The ideal candidate possesses the charm, empathy, and honesty to build strong relationships. They are accustomed to high-performance, high-expectation cultures and take a hands-on, proactive approach to getting tasks done and seeing them through. Fluent and persuasive written and spoken communication skills in Kazakh, English, and Russian are essential. The candidate should be innovative, good at solving problems, and able to adapt quickly in a rapidly changing market.
