Merchant Services Associate
As a Merchant Services Associate at Wolt, you will be instrumental in supporting our merchant partners throughout their journey with us. This role serves as the critical link between our operations team and our partners, ensuring seamless collaboration, exceptional service quality, and ongoing development opportunities. It offers a dynamic blend of partner support, process management, and business growth initiatives.
Your primary responsibilities will include building strong relationships with partners by training them on our systems and keeping them informed about improvements. You will ensure partners achieve the highest service standards through regular quality and satisfaction checks, as well as providing daily support for common inquiries. Additionally, you will support partner business growth by analyzing and sharing data insights, manage and update partner menus and visuals to align with the Wolt brand, assist the team with project work, and have opportunities to lead projects independently. Collaborating with the Account Management team on urgent cases and sharing best practices across teams to enhance processes and support are also key aspects of this role.
The ideal candidate possesses the charm, empathy, and honesty necessary to build strong relationships. You should be accustomed to high-performance, high-expectation cultures and thrive in team environments. A hands-on, proactive approach to tasks and a commitment to seeing them through are essential. Fluent and persuasive written and spoken communication skills in English and Serbian are required. An entrepreneurial spirit, innovative mindset, and strong problem-solving abilities are crucial. The ability to adapt quickly in a rapidly changing market and approximately one year of experience in customer support or partner operations are also expected.
