Mindshare: Copywriter - Baghdad
Mindshare, a leading brand under WPP Media, is seeking a skilled Copywriter to join their dynamic team in Baghdad, Iraq. This role involves developing and executing compelling copy strategies that align with clients' brand voices and marketing objectives across various channels. The Copywriter will collaborate closely with designers, marketers, and other creatives to produce cohesive content strategies for diverse marketing campaigns.
Key responsibilities include crafting original, engaging, and persuasive copy for websites, social media, email campaigns, advertisements, and product descriptions. The Copywriter will ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines, maintains a consistent tone, and is optimized for target audiences. Additionally, the role involves reviewing and refining copy for clarity and accuracy, participating in brainstorming sessions, and tracking performance metrics to optimize future campaigns.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of proven experience in copywriting, with a strong portfolio demonstrating a range of styles and campaigns. Fluency in both English and Arabic is essential, along with exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills. The candidate should possess a deep understanding of language, tone, and style, and have the ability to write compelling and effective copy for various marketing channels. Strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively across teams, are also required.
Compensation for this role is competitive, with an estimated annual salary range of IQD 6,000,000 to IQD 9,000,000, based on market research for similar positions in Baghdad.
