Mindshare: Senior Graphic Designer - Baghdad
As a Senior Graphic Designer at Mindshare, you will play a pivotal role in bringing our brand to life through captivating and innovative visual storytelling. This position is integral to enhancing our brand's visual identity and driving audience engagement, directly contributing to the success of our marketing campaigns and overall business objectives.
Your primary responsibilities will include developing creative concepts and storyboards for graphics projects based on briefs and marketing objectives. You will leverage a variety of AI tools to expedite the creative process and execute design strategies tailored to each social media platform, maximizing audience engagement opportunities on platforms such as TikTok, Snapchat, Instagram, and Facebook. Maintaining a strong understanding of current design trends and animation techniques is essential.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in graphic design, Fine Arts, or related fields, along with proven experience in graphic design and a strong portfolio showcasing a range of styles and techniques. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects, is required. Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and animation techniques, as well as strong communication and presentation skills, are essential. Familiarity with AI-driven design tools and techniques is highly desirable.
