ClearScore Technology Limited is seeking a Mortgage Processing Administrator to join their dynamic team in Manchester, England. In this role, the Mortgage Processing Administrator will be responsible for supporting the processing team in managing customer loan applications efficiently and accurately. Key duties include sorting and distributing incoming post, ordering and following up on BSQs and valuations via phone and lender portals, updating and maintaining records using the company's CRM system, returning customer documents when applicable, performing general administrative tasks such as faxing and photocopying, providing ad-hoc support to team managers, and attending training sessions to enhance role performance.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent computer and keyboard skills, previous experience in administration and/or customer service, strong written and verbal communication skills, the ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure, strong numerical and analytical skills, high attention to detail and accuracy, a positive, flexible, and proactive attitude, and strong team collaboration and interpersonal skills. A background in financial services and experience working with loan or mortgage systems are desirable.
