About the Role
We're looking for an MPOC Immigration Supervisor to build, lead, and grow a critical piece of our immigration operations from the ground up. You'll take ownership of the MPOC function — building the workflow, systems, and team that support it — while directly supervising the people who run it day to day, including our Administrative Coordinators (Immigration Law). You'll also work closely with broader Manifest law operations to design the processes and systems this workstream runs on.
This role is built for someone with 4+ years of corporate employment-based immigration experience across a broad range of IV and NIV case types, who's ready to step into people management.
