Murex Trading (FO)
SoHo Dragon, a global financial technology leader, is seeking a Murex Trading (FO) Consultant to join our dynamic team. This role offers a hybrid work environment across multiple locations, including New York City, Toronto, Mexico City, São Paulo, and Santiago. The position is a one-year renewable contract, with an immediate start date, targeting mid to senior-level professionals, with a preference for senior candidates.
The Murex Trading (FO) Consultant will be responsible for participating in implementation and upgrade projects through the build and validation phases, utilizing their front-office experience on financial derivatives and Murex software. Key duties include providing high-quality support in using the Murex platform for market data management, pricing, and structuring of complex financial products within the trading domain, such as FX derivatives, interest rate derivatives, and fixed income. Additionally, the consultant will develop test cases to troubleshoot the system and document defective use cases for resolution by developers.
Candidates should possess 2-4 years of experience in financial markets or IT business analysis, along with at least 2 years of experience working with the Murex product on trading or front-office support projects with clients. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment are essential. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are also required to effectively interact with clients and team members.
