New York Private Equity Associate Attorney

Clifford Chance, a leading global law firm, is seeking a Private Equity Associate Attorney for its New York office. This role is situated within the firm's Private Equity group, offering an opportunity to engage in high-profile transactions and work alongside a team of experienced professionals.

As a Private Equity Associate, you will be involved in structuring and negotiating private equity transactions, conducting legal research and analysis, drafting and reviewing transaction documents, collaborating with clients and internal teams on deal strategy, and supporting due diligence processes during transactions.

Candidates should have a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school and be admitted to the New York bar. Preferred class years are 2019-2021. Submissions must include a resume, law school transcript(s), and deal sheet. Experience in private equity or related fields is a plus.

Clifford Chance offers a comprehensive benefits and compensation package, with a salary range of $310,000 to $390,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
