The Software Implementation & Deployment Specialist will play a pivotal role in the technical onboarding of new and existing clients onto the NEXUM platform. This hands-on position involves configuring environments, supporting data migrations, assisting with go-live processes, and ensuring successful client integration. The role focuses on software deployment, implementation quality, and client readiness, rather than software development or general IT support.
Key responsibilities include supporting client onboardings, upgrades, and environment changes; provisioning and configuring hosted environments across multi-tenant and dedicated single-tenant platforms; assisting with data migration activities using Microsoft SQL Server; configuring systems, user setups, and client-specific settings; supporting testing, user acceptance phases, and go-live activities; resolving implementation issues in collaboration with internal teams; maintaining clear documentation of implementation steps; providing early life support post go-live; and gradually taking ownership of smaller or less complex implementations as experience grows.
Candidates should have experience in software implementation, deployment, or technical support within a B2B or SaaS environment; familiarity with hosted or SaaS platforms; exposure to multi-tenant systems or client-specific environments; working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server; experience supporting Windows-based applications or server environments; a basic understanding of networking concepts such as VPNs and secure access; strong troubleshooting skills; clear communication abilities with both technical and non-technical users; and a willingness to learn and grow into a more senior implementation role over time.
