Nurse Intake Specialist

Morgan & Morgan, a leading personal injury law firm, is seeking a Nurse Intake Specialist to join our Case Control Center team. This role is pivotal in providing compassionate and efficient service to clients during their initial contact with the firm. The position is available in Las Vegas, Nevada, and Longwood, Florida, with the flexibility to work remotely.

As a Nurse Intake Specialist, you will be responsible for vetting the legal claims of prospective clients, particularly focusing on medical malpractice and nursing home cases. Your day-to-day tasks will include handling various aspects of the legal intake process, resolving client issues professionally, and performing data entry to maintain accurate records.

The ideal candidate must be a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with strong verbal and written communication skills. Essential qualifications include excellent listening and problem-solving abilities, proficiency in computer skills, and a passion for helping people. The role requires a highly organized individual capable of multitasking, learning quickly, and working independently in a virtual team environment. Exceptional telephone skills, empathy, professionalism, and reliability are also crucial. Bilingual abilities are a plus.

This full-time position offers a competitive benefits package, including medical and dental insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and paid holidays. Additionally, new hires are eligible for bonuses totaling up to $750, with $250 awarded after 90 days and an additional $500 after six months of employment.
