Offensive Security Services, Senior Staff Consultant

UltraViolet Cyber is seeking a full-time Offensive Security Services Senior Staff Consultant to join our team in Bengaluru. In this role, you will be instrumental in executing and delivering project milestones that assist clients in understanding and applying our secure software development methodologies. While some work will be conducted from the office, you will frequently be on-site with clients to identify and remediate security vulnerabilities in their systems.

Your primary responsibilities will include secure code analysis and review, software and network penetration testing, architecture security analysis, and threat modeling. You will also engage in secure software design and engineering, reverse engineering of applications, red team analysis—including network, wireless, physical, and social engineering techniques—database security analysis, and cloud penetration testing across platforms such as AWS and Azure.

The ideal candidate will have experience with web application penetration testing, familiarity with software security weaknesses and vulnerabilities, and proficiency in performing source code reviews and network penetration testing. A working understanding of at least one scripting language is required, and experience in reverse engineering is considered a plus. Familiarity with at least one software programming language and framework is also advantageous.

Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary for preparing formal documentation and delivering presentations.

A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent field is required, with a Master's Degree preferred. Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CRTP, CRTO, OSCP, PNPT, CEH, OSWE, CREST, or GIAC are considered a plus.
