What You’ll Do

We’re looking for an Office Operations Manager who can both run a high-functioning local office (Chicago) and help design and scale our broader workplace strategy across the U.S. This role is based in our Chicago office and is expected to be in-office 4–5 days per week to support day-to-day operations, employee experience, and on-site execution.

This is not a facilities-only role. This is a operator + strategist role for someone who is equally comfortable:

- Restocking a fridge and running a great in-office experience

- Supporting lease negotiations and standing up new locations

- Translating ambiguous business needs into scalable workplace solutions
